Question: If a tribal tattoo is re-done should the outline be re-done too?

You should really expand on your question, it all depends why in the first place it's being re-done? Is it because it faded or it healed badly and there's patches? If it's badly done and the outline is faded or shakey and inconsistant yeah it should be, if it's just being done because some areas came away during the scabbing process but the outline is fine and solid, no it doesn't have to be.
