It all depends on the type of tattoo, the placement, and parental/ guardian concent. My values and morals say it's not right for a 14 year old to have one but it is up to the families judgement. |

I think it would be fine.. Some places you have to be older to get a tatoo(depending on what tatoo shop you go to).. |

Its hard to know what you want for the rest of your life at age 14, i cant say its wrong but i do suggest you give it a little more time and a lot of thought. |

Please don't! You may hate it in no time, and they are more expensive to have removed. My son wanted to get a piercing. I said no, and he respected that, and later was glad he didn't. |

I hope you realise that ANYONE under the age of 18 who gets tattooed, is being assaulted. Its assaulting a minor, hence why most tattoo places need proof of ID. Don't even think about getting one that age. |

Im 13 and i love the idea of tattoos and the meanings of them because i grew up on tattooing and things like that. But i dont think a 14 year old is mature enough mentally to know what a tattoo stands for. A tattoo has to resemble something MEAN something. Its not supposed to be just something u think is cute cuz when she/ he is 20 they will regret it |

Well its not wrong. but you also might think something is cute now but when ur older u will completely hate it. you should wait trust me when i was 14 there were tattoos i thought would be cute to get, and now im soo glad i didnt. im 17 now and even last year i liked this tattoo that i was planning on getting and now i got bored of it and dont even like it anymore haha. |

It's really not a good idea at your age. Once you get a little older, pick a design and if you still want it a year later, then get it |
