Question: Will using hydrogen peroxide (to lighten arm hair) fade a white ink tattoo?

Tattoo ink is under the first layer of skin and hydrogen peroxide will not affect that layer.

Idk but why dont you just shave your arms.. when guys get leg tattoos they always keep their legs shaved..
