Your best best is to first find an artist that has done cover ups: go to different shops, ask questions, look at portfolios. Once you have found the one you want, then you can talk to him/ her about what they could do to cover it up. They will have to use darker colors and it will have to be at least twice the size of the original tattoo, that's about all I can tell you. You can start thinking about things that you would like in place of the pink panther and let the artist know what you've been thinking; he/ she will tell you whether or not that would be good for a cover up and they will also provide suggestions. Be sure you research your artist and look at pictures of cover ups they've done before. |
