It looks like the Chinese character for 'will' or 'intent' but it's pretty scrunched up and it's either missing a bit or flipped over AND missing a bit. I know that makes it sound like I'm talking a load of cobblers, but like I said, it's pretty scrunched up so it's hard to tell.

It means "cabbage " or "green vegetable " depending on context.
