From the little that is showing, I would say it's a "Tribal " tatt. There's a good site ( tattoojohnny.com ) that carries a large selection of Tribal tattoos. They have quite a few that are similar. They charge if you want to download and print one out, but you can look for free. Or just go around to the different Ink shops and see what they have. As for meaning, I couldn't find anything exectly like that in the databases.

What one are you talking about. if its the guy its looks like just tribal or flash, just stuff off the wall.
