DeviantART.com and search the category and subject you want. Remember that it isn't your artwork/ design so make sure you ask the artist's consent if you decide you ever want to use one.

Frankly the best place to get a great design for a tattoo is the tattoo parlor. What you can do is gather several pictures of wing designs you are fond of. Then after you find a tattoo artist that you like then you can get a consultation where the artist draws a few choices that you may choose from. Also you might want to narrow down the type of wings you may want. Do you want angel wings, birds, fairy, demon...etc? This simple removal of choice will help you find the perfect wings for you, especially since a tattoo is permanent. So definitely make you choice wisely. You can also try googling images of "WING TATTOOES " or something look like that to see what other people have had done. Remember that getting color hurts more than just a outlined tattoo.
