The color of the stars looks a little patchy. |

The artist jacked up the stars but it could be worse and since so many people get star tats you can say you didn't want them to be perfect like everyone else's could be the silver lining for messed up tat. Are they healing still? Is that skin coming off or is the color spotted? if the color is off or spotted go back and have them fix it. Maybe not the same artist that did the work, but someone more talented. |

Did are they still healing? did you keep applying your moisture during healing, like A &D or carmex or other the artiest should have given after care instructions? if it is done healing it looks like some of the ink healed out....come up out of the skin. the healing phase is really important (I have 7 large tattoos) the artiest should fix you color free of charge if it is not correct. |

Either the tattoo artist screwd up the color in the stars really bad, or you're still peeling... did you happen to maybe scratch off the scabbing or anything when it was healing? it looks as if that's what happened.... just go to a different tattoo artist and have them go over the color if it doesn't look better in time. |

If you're looking for honesty, I'll be completely forward. Yes, it is healing, but, I would worry more about the shape of the stars and that weird, nasty black line work behind it. None of the stars are well done. The large one looks very lopsided, the middle one is smaller on one side than on the other, and the top one, on the outside, looks smaller on one side than on the other. Did the artist free-hand those? No offense, they look like a third grade child did them. And what's up with the lines behind them? Some of the lines are way too thick compared to the others, and on the large star, it looks like the artist went too far, and tattooed the line into the point of the star. I'm sorry to be so harsh, but that is just a horrible tattoo. |
