Question: How do uv ink tattoos work?

How do UV ink tattoos work? like, do they glow in the dark, or........... idk. maybe someone with experience could help me. i think they look really awesome but i have no idea how the ink works.

Then ink is infused with fluorescent dye to make them glow under a black light, the rest of the ink is like any other tattoo ink. They are very subtle and milky-looking in normal light. UV ink tattoos fade extremely fast in sunlight, so always make sure you're wearing sunscreen. Also, expect to get them touched up every 12-16 months because these do fade quicker then normal ink.
