I would advise against it. If will not look white after it heals. Tattoo ink is not like paint on the skin. Imagine your skin tone in a paine of glass, and lay that over a white image that is on another paine of glass that is your skin tone. It will start off looking tannish, and then will yellow with time. It will look like a scar at best. A much better look for your skin tone would a be black and gray work tattoo. It would be classy and soft and pretty look (depending on the image that you choose). galadarling.com/ article/ how-to-get-a-great-tattoo-and-never-regret-it z.about.com/ d/ tattoo/ 1/ 0/ h/ w/ 1/ hcc09_12.jpg If you do want color ink, you must search out an experienced tattoo artist who knows his/ her inks very well and how they hold up over time and on darker skin tones. Look at portfolios for examples. Here's a site with beautiful examples of well executed dark skin tattoos: misha-art.com/ tattoos/ dark%20skin/ darkskinmain.htm luck~ |
