Question: What is a white ink tattoo? it looks like a scar?

Is it really white ink? i was just wondering:D i want to say...is it white ink? or no ink, only a scar @ dalma jen : i haven't heard about white ink:P

It does look like a scar but its diffrent from normal tatoos because the colour doesnt go away and i think that a lot of places dont do that kinda tatto.

A few pieces of my art has white ink in it.. you can hardly tell it's there because I'm white..
